This request is for information only to assist Central Arkansas Water (CAW) in determining a viable replacement solution for the existing Cross Connection Control Program system application requirements described herein.
Please be advised that this may be a two-step process. Should CAW determine to proceed with a solicitation based on the responses to this Request for Information (RFI), phase two will then be either a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), or Invitation to Bid (ITB) to be handled in accordance with CAW’s purchasing policies and procedures.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather vendor input on replacing CAW’s Cross Connection Control Program. CAW seeks a scalable, secure, and user-friendly solution that integrates with Cayenta, CAW’s Customer Information System (CIS), supports regulatory compliance, and improves operational efficiency. Responses should include technical capabilities, implementation approach, and indicative pricing.
