Cross Bayou Athletic Association Complex Improvements - Professional Design-Build Services (PID 004556B)

Pinellas County, Florida, seeks proposals from professional Design/Build teams consisting of contractor and design professionals interested in qualifying to provide complete professional services for the project delivery of the reconstruction of the Cross Bayou Athletic Association Baseball Park. The park is located at the corner of 102 ^nd Avenue and 98 ^th Street N in Seminole, Florida. The Design/Build team will be selected in accordance with the Pinellas County guidelines described in this Request for Proposals as well as all pertinent State of Florida selection procedures.

The Cross Bayou Sports Complex is an existing facility currently consisting of six baseball fields of varying sizes along with a variety of related elements including a two-story building housing Pinellas Youth Baseball offices; restrooms and concessions; batting cages; maintenance buildings; paved drive and parking, lighting and other related elements. A 2017 study commissioned by the County found that the complex needed renovation and that additional fields were needed to meet local demand. Subsequently, the County retained a consultant to prepare 60% design documents and receive Pinellas County plan approvals and the water management permit. These tasks are complete. The County is now seeking a design-build team to complete the design documents and build the project.
