PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Menomonie will be accepting sealed proposals for 2025-2029 Crop Land Leases until 11:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024; and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The Request for Proposals document can be obtained by contacting David Schofield, Director of Public Works via e-mail at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . Proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished in the Request for Proposals.Â

Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The City of Menomonie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
