Notes	The University is requesting Proposals to provide Design & Construction Services for improvements to the electrical service, ground water management, and thermal utility systems located in the east branch of the Crookston campus utility tunnel system . Refer to the Request for Proposal documents (found in the Attachments tab) for full project details/requirements. Your only contact regarding this RFP shall be the Bid Contact noted here.
