CROOKED CREEK WATER AND SEWER PROJECT

Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes all exterior work for the construction of wells, on-site wastewater systems, exterior piping and appurtenances and exterior electrical improvements for 13 homes in Crooked Creek, AK. In addition, one additional home will be provided with a well system. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with on-site water and sewer system construction. Contractor shall be a certified septic system installer.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 30 September 2026 and final completion date of 31 October 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of all items listed on the Bid Form.
