Description
The new lights will be serviced by underground cables supplied and installed by the contractor. All earthworks shall be supplied by the contractor. The earthworks shall cause minimal disruption to existing landscaping and the contactor shall provide to the owner a plan for approval prior to commencing the work.
The scope includes the removal of all existing lighting fixtures and overhead wiring back to the clubhouse panel lighting contactors. The electrical stack on the clubhouse is to be removed as well.
Additionally, the project encompasses all necessary modifications to existing and new cables and wires, repair of any damage caused during the work, and restoration of the site to its original condition.
