Description: The New York State (NYS) Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the statewide availability of funds for the development of up to four (4) Critical Time Transition Programs (CTTP) for Children, Youth, and Families. The CTTP is comprised of a Critical Time Intervention (CTI) team and a Transitional Residential Setting (TRS) with allowance for up to a 120 day stay. One program in each of the following Economic Development Regions:
