Request for Information (RFI): Critical Response Training Services
The United States Marine Corps is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing Critical Response Training, with an emphasis on active shooter response and Close Quarter Battle (CQB) tactics. This RFI is issued for planning purposes only to assess industry capability and interest.
Training Requirements
Vendors should be prepared to support the following performance requirements:

Deliver Critical Response Training for 120–150 Marines, focused on active shooter response and CQB tactics.

Provide classroom instruction and practical application on topics including, but not limited to:

Active shooter response in close‑quarters and open‑air/crowd environments
-
Tactical formations
-
Breaching
-
Combat lifesaving
-
-
Maintain a minimum instructor‑to‑student ratio of 1:20.

Conduct at least 24 hours of combined classroom and practical training over three consecutive training days.
