Project Description: Ventura County Behavioral Health has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on February 20, 2026, for qualified applicants to solicit proposals to operate a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) for adults, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week 365 days a year (24/7/365), to provide immediate therapeutic response on a short-term basis for acute behavioral health crisis, to stabilize and prevent acute psychiatric inpatient hospitalization.
