CRISIS RESPONSE THROW PHONE SYSTEM

The scope of this bid is to provide a crisis response throw phone system. The system shall provide crisis negotiation/response teams with three different communication options including independent throw phone communications, enhanced land line communications, and cellular phone link communications.
