The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension holds a Criminal Justice Information Users conference every other year in central Minnesota. Statewide agencies receive BCA-related information, training and updates. The 2026 CJIU conference is expected to attract as many as 850 attendees. The conference needs include lodging, catering, a large general session hall, breakout session rooms and AV equipment.
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No non-electronic or email responses will be accepted. Responses must be submitted no later than the data and time called for in the Event Details.
