Project Description: The City of Waco (the “City”) is soliciting professional design services for the design and construction of a new Crime Scene Lab and Property Room Facility to be located near the existing Police Tower at 3115 Pine Ave, Waco, TX 76708. The facility will support law enforcement operations related to evidence processing, secure storage, and investigative activities. The design must comply with all applicable City, State, and Federal regulations and meet the functional requirements of a modern crime scene laboratory and police property facility.
