Crestmont and Penbryn Pool Concession Stands

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Abington Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, will receive Sealed Proposals electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ for the one year contracting of the Crestmont and Penbryn Pool Concession Stands by 3:00 P.M. on March 3, 2026.

The Scope of Services consist of but is not limited to: the operations and maintenance of the Crestmont and Penbryn Pool Concessions Stands.

Contract documents are on file at the Abington Township Building, 1176 Old York Road, Abington, PA 19001, where they may be inspected at any time during regular business hours.

The location of Crestmont Pool is located at 2595 Rubicam Avenue, Willow Grove, PA with vehicular access. The location of  Penbryn  Pool is located at 200 Houston Avenue, Glenside, PA with vehicular access. A full description of the project is included in the Proposal package.

Proposals must be submitted unconditionally. No Proposer may withdraw a Proposal within SIXTY (60) days after the opening of Proposals , during which time the Township may review the Proposals and investigate Proposer qualifications.

Abington Township reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities, informalities, or defects in the Proposal, or to reject any or all of the Proposals.

All Proposal documents are available at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ and MUST be submitted electronically via PennBid. Paper Proposals will not be accepted.  All questions are to be submitted through PennBid by February 17, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
