The City of Creola (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: CREOLA CITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk located at 9615 Old Hwy43, Creola, AL 36525 (P.O. Box 490, Creola, AL 36525-0490), until March 27th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time and the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Clearing and grubbing, site grading, concrete walkways, a gravel drive with parking, concrete ADA parking, four asphalt pickleball courts, fencing, two pavilions, benches, trash receptacles, and bleachers.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable.
