Creekside Flood Mitigation-Construction Manager at Risk

The City of Gahanna is seeking qualifications for manage at Risk for Creekside Flood Mitigation Improvements.  The project consists of excavation and removals required for the installation of the necessary clay cap flood protection along the west side of the Creekside Development Site, as well as streambank restoration and erosion control measures. The Manger at Risk will be required to provide the following services: constructability and sustainability review comments on documents produced by the Engineer of Record during the Design Development, Construction Document and Conformance stages; develop and maintain estimates of probable construction cost, value engineering, project schedules, and construction schedules; develop and administer the Communications Plan, lead and manage the Subcontractor Prequalification and Bidding process, Prevailing Wage, Construction and Closeout Stage.
