94636-Credit Investigation And Reporting;
The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) and the Veterans Land Board (“VLB”)(collectively the “GLO/VLB”) issues this Request For Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals for credit reporting services. The VLB’s Land and Housing Division requires the verification of credit of all applicants who participate in the VLB’s Veterans Home Improvement and Land Loan Programs. Historically, credit verifications have been completed through a credit reporting system, which electronically delivers credit, fraud, and lien/judgment results within seconds via a secure, password-protected Internet site, or via the VLB’s loan origination system, together with the locational information of applicants through an online tracking system.
