The City of Spokane Water & Hydroelectric Services department is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide maintenance, inspection and repair services for cranes at their weld and upriver sites.

All communication between the Bidder and the City upon receipt of this bid shall be via the “Clarification Tab” within ProcureWare. Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
