Cramerton Shared Site Facilities - New Hope Recycling Center

Gaston County NC is requesting sealed proposals from experienced construction builders to construct the Cramerton Shared Site Facilities - New Hope Recycling Center. The project consists of site grading, roadway construction, storm drainage installation, asphalt paving, and construction of a solid waste convenience center.

OPTIONAL PRE BID MEETING will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 10.00 am located at 100 West Main Avenue, Gastonia, NC 28052.

Sealed bids may be mailed to Gaston County in the Office of Capital Improvements, Attn: Marcie Smith, PO Box 1578, Gastonia, NC 28053. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure receipt of the mailed sealed proposal prior to 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 18,2025.

Sealed bids may be hand delivered to 100 W Main Avenue, Gastonia, NC 28052, on Thursday, September 18 ,2025 until 2:00 PM, at which time and place all bids will then be publicly opened and all bid prices read aloud for the following:

Registration with Duncan Parnell is required to obtain the bid documents. The NON-REFUNDABLE FEE will depend on the number and size of the bid documents, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective bidder.
