The CONTRACTOR shall provide labor for outage and year-round supplemental services as specified herein extending for a two (2) year period starting January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CDT, October 2, 2025. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications.
