The City of Oconomowoc is requesting bids for crack sealing asphalt street and parking lot pavement with Hot Pour Rubberized Joint Sealant. Proposed street sections include ongoing maintenance of streets previously crack sealed where crack sealant has failed, or newly developed cracks on new or resurfaced streets and parking lots. Sealed bids are due at the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 174 E Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026 where received bids will be opened and read aloud in Room 3 of City Hall. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked "Crack Sealing Project 2026". The bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com. Reference Quest Number 10168407. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security made payable to owner in an amount of 5% of bidder's maximum bid price in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier’s check. Bidder shall be required to submit a Qualification Statement to owner with its bid. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in the full amount of the contract price. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid deadline. Bid security shall be forfeited to City of Oconomowoc if the bidder is awarded the work and fails to execute the agreement and furnish 100% performance and payment bonds.
The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select any firm's Bid it deems the most advantageous & serves in the best interest of the City.
