Crack Seal and Paving Equip Rental

INVITATION TO BID

Lower Macungie Township will receive sealed bids for:

Crack Seal and Craftco Mastic One (For 2025)

Pavement Equipment Rental (For 2025-2027).

Sealed bids will be received until 1PM (prevailing time) on March 18, 2025 at the Low-er Macungie Township Municipal Building, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after 1PM will be returned unopened. All bids should be sealed, marked and addressed: LOWER MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP, 3400 BROOKSIDE ROAD, MACUNGIE, PA 18062 “Sealed Bid” and include the contract name/description. Each bid must be accompa-nied by bid security made payable to Lower Macungie Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the annual contract amount. Individual bid forms are available 8AM-4:30PM at Lower Macungie Township, 3400 Brookside Road, Macung-ie, PA for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 each. The successful bidder will be required to provide contract security in the amount of 100% of the contract within 10 days of the award of contract. All bids shall be valid for 60 days. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or make minor changes in the specs and/or to reject any or all bids.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings to be held starting at 1:00 PM on March 11, 2025 at Lower Macungie Township, 3400 Brookside Rd. Macungie, PA 18062
