Summary

Escambia County CRA Residential Exterior Paint Program is seeking quotes for Exterior Painting services located at 123 Park Drive Pensacola, FL 32507. This job is for exterior painting. Mandatory on site pre bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Contractor must be licensed, insured (must meet Escambia contractor insurance requirements) and experienced with exterior painting. Must be prepared to provide a list of local reference work. Bid Form must be completed and submitted with Quote information. Must be prepared to provide a W-9 and Escambia Contractor insurance requirements on a COLI.
