Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: 1000 CR 409 Structure Demolition & Project Site Clean Up The project consists of providing all labor and materials required for the demolition and removal of three (3) structures and concrete pads/beams, associated utility disconnections, groundwater well plugging, septic tank demo, debris haul off, and other project appurtenances. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, which is not refundable.
