Summary

The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of road reconstruction, resurfacing, and addition of a paved multi-use path on CR 395 North, located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Contract Time: The contract duration is THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (365) days to substantial completion with an additional THIRTY (30) days for punch list completion.
