Project Description: Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking competitive proposals for the Remote Management of Parking Operations for the school district on a revenue share basis. This initiative is designed to fulfill several key district goals:
Offer additional parking options for neighborhood residents and patrons of local businesses.
Monetize unproductive assets to generate additional revenue for the school district.
Maximize revenue collection while reducing costs by partnering with operators who have expertise in managing parking operations.
