CPOR External Evaluation for SCS

Project Description: Provide strategic guidance, and support collaboration among entities involved in Sustainable Community Schools (SCS), in order to:
- Popularize the SCS model as a high impact and transformative approach to education
- Develop stronger sense of connection among public elementary and high schools in the same neighborhoods or communities
- Inform and engage elected leaders in SCS communities about the transformative impact of pillars and principles
- Increase local and national awareness of SCS expansion, and share lessons learned for the greater field of public education.
- Describe the historical context of specific SCS to provide a holistic picture of the need for and impacts of SCS on these communities.
- Ensure connection between evaluative efforts, provide professional learning to schools to use to reflect on and evaluate their schools journey towards transformation, story telling, and public awareness.
