CPOR Executive Search Services - Supplemental

Project Description: Chicago Public Schools (CPS) seeks to establish a vendor pool of executive search firms with a national reach, proven expertise in government, education, and public-sector recruitment (or equivalent) to recruit for and fill two to five (2 to 5) cabinet, officer, and/or senior executive level (e.g. Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Schools, Executive Director) positions annually. The firms must have a demonstrated ability to cultivate diverse candidate pipelines, attract high-quality and high-performing talent both internal and external to education, and provide CPS with clear data reports to track candidates for each search.
