OVERVIEW.
The Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of Capitol Police Department (CPD) is issuing this
Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the required Panasonic Toughbook laptops for the Capitol
Police Department (CPD).
EQUIPMENT.
Equipment must be to exact specifications. Equipment to be purchased includes, but is not limited to:
Panasonic Toughbook FZ 40 – Qty 19 each
• Windows 11 Pro operating system
• Fully Rugged certification
• MIL-STD-810H certification
• Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 165H with vPro technology
• 32 GB of RAM
• 1 TB of SSD storage
• Brightness: 1200 cd/m² (nits) for outdoor visibility
• 14” Display
ESTIMATED QUANTITIES.
DGS, CPD reserves the right to add or remove equipment types and quantities.
INVOICES.
Invoices will be itemized as purchase order setup and reflect customer contract number.
