Due Date: April 27, 2026, before 4:00 PM. Interested Contractors must submit a Contractor Prequalification Application and receive approval to submit a bid.   Prequalification application must be received before the Due date.

Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Project Description
Work of the Carroll Manor Fire Station is defined by the Contract Documents and includes all civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical, fire protection, cost estimating, and related disciplines.
