Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Bradford Estates Water Treatment Plant Upgrade. Please refer to IFB #26-621-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-
6643, phone conference ID 441 351 422# and you will be conferenced in.

Mandatory Site Visit: April 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. Location of Site Visit: 4725 Reyburn Court, Mount Airy, Maryland 21771

Due Date:  May 20, 2026 by 3:00 PM EST. Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
