Description
The Ministry of Environment and Parks is undertaking a program to complete trail and bridge repair works at Bonaparte Provincial Park.
The work of this Contract consists of the supply and installation of materials, including all labour, equipment and tools related to bridge and trail repairs, site preparation, all in accordance with the drawings and specifications, and for the prices tendered in the Schedule of Quantities and Unit Price Table.
The Bonaparte Trail and Bridge Repairs works are generally described as follows:
-Design, supply and install 16m long split log boardwalk bridge.
-Design, supply and install 10m long split log boardwalk bridge.
- Design, supply and install 12m long wood suspended bridge.
- Design, supply and install three wood bridges at 5m long.
- Danger tree assessment and removal.
Tenders must be accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total Tendered Price.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A virtual supplier meeting will be held before the Closing Date and Time at:
December 15th, 2025 at 11am PST via Microsoft Teams Digital Platform.
Suppliers must pre-register for this meeting to attain the meeting link. To register, please send an email to cole.bramley@gov.bc.ca
Inquiries will be received until 2:00 PM local time, January 9, 2026. Inquiries to be submitted electronically to cole.bramley@gov.bc.ca
