this Project:

PROJECT SCHEDULE/DURATION:
• Anticipated Contract Issuance/Notice to Proceed: January 2026
• Construction is planned to start: May 22, 2026
• Installation work in the dorm rooms must be completed by: August 7, 2026
• Hydronic balancing of the dorm room FCUs to be complete by August 19, 2026
• Heating system and associated controls must be complete by: October 1, 2026
• Make up air systems to be complete by December 31, 2026
• Cooling systems must be operational by: April 15, 2026
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of mechanical equipment, piping, ductwork, and
controls. Mechanical equipment to include new make up air units, fan coil units, convectors, pumps, and
heat exchangers. Architectural and structural modifications to support mechanical work. Electrical work
associated with new mechanical equipment. Fire protection and fire alarm system modifications are
associated with new mechanical work.
