Coyote Valley Dam and Lake Mendocino Recreation Area Janitorial Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. An optional site visit is scheduled for 16 April 2026 at 10:00am PDT. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), San Francisco District is seeking to contract janitorial services for Coyote Valley Dam and Lake Mendocino located at Ukiah, California. Please see attached documents for details.
