Coxheath Elementary Retaining Wall

The work to be completed under this contract includes but is not limited to the following:
.1        Removal of existing vegetation and topsoil in the proposed grading area;
.2        Removal of the existing concrete retaining wall structure and disposal off site;
.3        Removal of the existing timber guard rail system;
.4        Installation of a new pre-cast concrete segmental retaining wall structure as noted on the Project Drawings, complete with perforated PVC drainage piping and solid PVC drainage piping;
.5        Supply, placement, grading and compaction of borrow material to grades shown on the Project Drawings;
.6        Installation of a new guard rail system;
.7        Application of topsoil and sod on disturbed grass surfaces;
.8        Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces and services; and,
.9        All related work and incidentals associated with the above work materials testing and Geotechnical review.
