#2025-04 Covington City Hall Constructed Wetland Rehabilitation Project

Separate sealed bids for the Covington City Hall Constructed Wetland Rehabilitation Project Bid #2025-04 will be received by the City of Covington in their office located at 2194 Emory Street N.W. Covington, GA 30014 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. The bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. at 2116 Stallings Street, NW, Covington, GA 30014, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. The RFI deadline will be Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 5:00 PM. RFIs should be addressed to Jonathan Heald at jheald@ardurra.com. If bids are mailed or delivered in advance of the Bid Opening, they shall be hand delivered or shipped via UPS/FedEx to 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014. Bid packages shall not be mailed via USPS.
The Covington City Hall Constructed Wetland Rehabilitation Project involves the following Work: Construction for this project will entail the re-grading of the exiting constructed wetland, the reconstruction of hydraulic features of the wetland, the reconstruction of the berm which separates Dried Indian Creek from the wetland, and the seeding and planting of native wetland flora. Heavy equipment will be required for grading and berm reconstruction.
