COVID/FLU PCR, CT/NG PCR & HCV/PCR Testing

The OMH Clinical Laboratories at Nathan S. Kline Institute, an agency of The New York State Office of Mental Health, is seeking proposals to enter into a (5) Year Contract agreement pursuant to which the vendor shall provide all-inclusive one molecular qPCR Analyzer capable of providing fully automated Covid/FLU/PCR, CT/NG PCR, and HCV/PCR tests to run on one (1) single shift six (6) days per week. This would include the analytical units, plus dedicated peripheral PC's and printers.

The proposal would be a cost per kit basis for the duration of the contract. In exchange for purchasing these test kits, the vendor shall provide all equipment, reagents, disposables, consumables, accessories, parts, preventive maintenance service, and shipping all encompassed in price. Also included will be all costs associated with initial installation, assistance with interfacing, validation, and training of technical personnel

Pursuant to NY State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement
Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the
publication of this ad and will end with the approval by OSC of the contractual
agreement.
