PROJECT SCHEDULE/DURATION:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work includes the complete demolition of the existing facility, including removal of the
oil tanks and septic tank, as well as all associated site work and utility connections. Demolition activities and
the connection to the town-owned sewer system will be permitted by the Town of Coventry.
The project also includes construction of a new 6,000-square-foot facility, repaving of the parking
areas, and backfilling of the site to create proper grades for ramps and access to the boat storage area. A
gravel pathway to the lake is also included.
The proposed building will be a slab-on-grade wood structure designed for year-round use. The
conditioned portion of the building will include student and coach lounges, as well as restroom facilities. A
new propane tank will also be required.
