10 Courthouse Square Renovations - HVAC and Plumbing

The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide demolition and replacement of the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and related plumbing systems at 10 Courthouse Square, Warrenton Virginia 20186. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all resources and expertise required for completion and acceptance of this project in accordance with this IFB, Project Specifications, Engineering Drawings, and the General & Special Construction Terms and Conditions attached hereto and included herein.
