1. Are existing condition photos available of the roof, mechanical units on the roof and

the existing parapet wall flashing? We do not have any current pictures of the roof

or units on the roof. I am available to show you the project basically anytime

between now and the bid date if you would like.

2. Is there a core sample available showing the existing layers of

roofing/insulation? No core sample available the existing roof is 5.5” thick

3. Is the existing roof structurally slopped? The roof is structurally sloped

4. Is the existing roof deck wood, concrete or pan deck? Existing roof is wood tongue

and groove
