Project Description: **The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Washington County Water Conservancy District.
PUBLIC NOTICE
Separate sealed bids for Sand Hollow Well #7 Pump Station Project will be received by the Washington County Water Conservancy District at its office at 533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 84770, until no later than 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 26, 2025 (MDT). At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
The Project consists of construction of a complete and functional wellhouse and connecting pipeline. Work consists of furnishing and installing a concrete cast-in-place building, sand separator, piping, valves, fittings, heating/cooling equipment, electrical power, lighting and control systems, site grading, and furnishing and installing approximately 75 linear feet of 8” ductile iron pipe with a tie-in to an existing 8” pipeline. The Owner will furnish the pump, motor, VFD, and 6” magnetic meter. Work also includes coordinating with the pump supplier for installation of the Owner furnished vertical turbine pump with deep well column/shaft and pump bowls.
