Court Reporting Services

BID NOTICE

Garland County will accept sealed proposal for the procurement of Court Reporting Services by 3:00 p.m., September 22, 2025.  The proposals will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Proposal must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“COURT REPORTER”

“Please Note:  We do not accept proposals by fax or email.  They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

Proposal forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or a portion thereof. This is paid for by the Garland County Attorney’s Office. The amount of this publication is $
