Court Reporting Services

Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking a firm that offers---either through subcontractors or the firm itself---a wide range of services and capabilities. These services include, but are not limited to:
Transcription of certified oral depositions, taped proceedings, court proceedings and hearings;
Any other services appropriate and conducive to the court reporter’s engagement on a case or matter.
For these services, the City requires: • If a request for a paper copy of the transcript has been made by the attorney or City representative, the client must receive it within twenty business days of the taking of the deposition. Required experience and references: With bid submission or upon buyer request, bidders will be required to provide three (3) verifiable references, preferably from a municipality or government entity confirming experience and successful completion with contracts of similar size and scope as that required by the City. The references shall make positive testimony as to the following: o Staffing size, current workload and clientele, availability o Staff expertise o Ability to meet deadlines o Flexibility o Quantity of previous work with a municipality or government entity o Quality of previous work with a municipality or government entity o Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines o Accuracy in reporting and invoicing
