the proposing party, the name of the project for which the bid is submitted and the time and date of the bid opening. Bids

are due no later than 2:00 PM CST on 12/04/2025 at City of Alabaster Attn: Mark Frey, City Clerk, 1953 Municipal

Way, Ste. 201 Alabaster, AL 35007.

Prequalification Requirements

1. Vendor shall comply with all applicable State and local laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations.

2. Subcontractor must have completed (3) similar sized and scoped projects in the last (5) years. Include this

information in your bid submission with references. Subcontractors are required to have owners approval to

move forward with contracting.

2. (Bidder), the undersigned, do hereby declare we have carefully examined the site of the proposed work and the

project documents. We do hereby agree to furnish all material, transportation, equipment, apparatus systems,

labor and supervision required to do all work in strict accordance to the project documents for the below base

price
