Other Comments:	Boulder County is seeking an experienced and qualified consulting company (Consultant) to determine the composition of materials generated and their final destinations in Boulder County and its municipalities. The County wishes to award a single contract for work to be completed in 2025. The County reserves the right to award all or a portion of this RFP. The study will be used to evaluate the amount of material discarded as waste, recycling, construction and demolition materials (C&D), and organics from Boulder County residents and businesses each year, the percent of Boulder County’s waste streams that could be diverted towards materials markets, which specific discards from the residential and commercial sectors make up that potential diversion percentage, and which materials and what percentage of those materials are contaminants in the recycling and compost diversion streams. Boulder County will use the information to progress towards its Zero Waste goal. Submittal Instructions RFP-129-25
