A Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on November 7, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. on Microsoft Teams. Potential bidders can attend the Optional Pre-Bid Meeting either in person at 2045 13th St. Boulder, CO 80302 or virtually via the Teams link included in the Pre-Bid Meeting Information document.

The Countywide Strategic Transit Plan is intended to lay out a road map for enhancing local, regional, and inter-regional transit services needed to serve people traveling within and to/from Boulder County, including funding, governance and implementation plans with specific action items identifying the resources needed to deliver these countywide transit improvements.
