Countywide On-Call HVAC Maintenance and Repair

It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a single vendor and establish (2) two contracts for repair and maintenance of HVAC Components in all Pierce County owned and leased buildings. The Contractor is expected to safely and professionally provide repair, scheduled inspection, and maintenance services for the heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems for Pierce County. This work will be performed at various locations within Pierce County in conjunction with the County’s needs to ensure these systems are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pierce County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide repair, service, inspections for all County owned and leased buildings across Pierce County. Location information can be found in the Scope of Work section of the bid packet.
