Countywide Multifunction Copier Fleet

Project Description: Denton County is seeking sealed proposals to establish a firm fixed price contract for the lease and full-service support of a Countywide Multifunction Copier Fleet. The awarded Contractor shall provide all equipment, installation, network integration, relocations, training, maintenance, service, warranty support, and related labor and materials necessary to support a reliable, efficient, and fully functional fleet.
The proposed solution shall deliver consistent performance across all device types and locations, including high-quality printing, scanning, and document handling capabilities. The County’s objective is to ensure dependable day-to-day operations, minimize service interruptions, and provide a standardized user experience that supports departmental workflows.
The County intends to award one supplier based on the evaluation criteria outlined in this RFP. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, in whole or in part, and to award in the best interest of Denton County.
