County-Wide Roofing Replacement and Repair

This work order contract will provide written roof reviews, materials, and services for roof replacement and repair of all Pinellas County structures.

Must provide all tools, equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and permits necessary to complete all roofing work order services for all Pinellas County structures

The contractor will be given a scope of work for each assignment and must provide a written review of each roof that will be repaired or replaced. The contractor shall provide the Project Manager with a written quote for approval. The contractor must receive approval and a purchase order before proceeding with work.
