Brunswick County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced mass appraisal firms to conduct a comprehensive desktop review of all commercial and industrial properties within the County.
Any questions related to this RFP must be received by the Tax Administration Office by 5:00pm August 29, 2025.

All proposals must be received by the Brunswick County Tax Administration Office no later than September 8, 2025, at 5:00 pm ET, at which time Brunswick County will form an evaluation committee to evaluate all proposals.
