Summary

The County of Volusia is soliciting qualified Contractors to provide county-wide pressure washing and soft-wash services for buildings, structures, and related exterior surfaces across all County divisions and facilities.

This shall be a master agreement available for use by all County departments, including but not limited to:

  • Facilities Management
  • Library Services
  • Coastal Division (Parks & Beach Facilities)
  • Solid Waste Division
  • Votran - Volusia County Public Transportation System
  • Information Technology
  • Daytona Beach Ocean Center
  • Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA)

The intent is to establish competitively awarded pricing and standardized service expectations for routine, scheduled, and as-needed exterior cleaning services.
